People’s
perception of time and space has changed immensely thanks to the improvement of
transportations and communications and the widespread usage of them. The change
generates new type of intense and complex forms of relations and networks. Any
circumstance and(or) problem that happens in somewhere in the world affects
-apart from level of impact- other parts of the world in a negative or positive
way within a very short time, sparks a “global” debate. Economic,
political, social, and cultural issues are very interrelated that affect its
own area in addition to other fields of knowledge. This can be clearly seen in
the scene of socio-political and socio-economic realities that economic issues
have become politicized, and politics exerts a direct influence on economic and
social fields. War, civil war, terrorist attacks, political instability,
economic crisis, natural disaster, epidemic do not specifically belong a place
where arise anymore that their impacts expand quickly and become regional and
global issue in short order. In such a
context, we address that global and regional issues and debates of the 21st
century have to be handled in a multidisciplinary way. To that end, we aim to
gather researchers from different expertise to be able to create a platform
which reveals tangible outputs in global and regional issues. We welcome social
scientists all around the world in between the dates of 17-19 October 2024 on the 5th
